We provide education programmes in all aspects of TOC.  This includes the applications, and the thinking processes.

We run open courses from time to time. This was how most people explored TOC in the past.

Today there are a number of more flexible ways to explore TOC. These include Dr Goldratt's books, and TOC self teach programmes. A TOC expert can undertake a Performance Improvement Review that will explain exactly how TOC will benefit you.

SLP

Dr Goldratt's Self Learning Program provides valuable knowledge and information on these TOC applications: Production, Finance & Measurements, Project Management & Engineering, Distribution & Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales & Buy-In, Managing People, and Strategy & Tactics.

The SLP is packaged as 8 CD sets. Each CD set records a live broadcast of Dr Goldratt teaching a TOC application to senior managers.

Insights

The four insights programmes: Production, Finance, Project management and Logistics, are adaptations of the first four of the SLP CD sets. The insights programmes use the process as set out in the SLP but add essential teaching points and are packaged in a way that makes short interval study more practical.
