Mentoring

A number of our customers have maintained an ongoing relationship with us after we have worked together to apply TOC.  We provide what many would call a mentoring service using the TOC personal focus process and help our customers to analyse other challenges and opportunities that arise over time. 

This service is very informal.  We talk regularly on the phone, share ideas and experiences, by email, sometimes we hold online meetings, occasionally we meet for a more formal discussion.  Normally, contact is initiated by the client.

Typical Mentoring Process

• Review the situation with regard to the benefit of establishing an ongoing mentoring relationship  

• Develop the clients personal focus using the TOC personal focus cloud process.

• Construct a personal development plan

• Instigate regular contact
