Performance Improvement Review

Our performance improvement review is the starting point for most long term relationships it identifies how you can best benefit for TOC.   

The objective of the review is to verify the application of TOC, to identify the magnitude of any opportunity and to formulate the best way forward.

Typical Review Outline

• Brief introductory meeting with the senior manager

• Series of data collection meetings with key managers

• Off site analysis of the data collected

• Short presentation to three of the management team to explain the proposed application and benefits of TOC, the method of doing business and to recommend the next step (a one day working session) before entering into any formal arrangements.

• One day working session with the whole management team to reach a consensus on the proposed application of TOC
