Goldratt-TOC Ltd is the company name under which I trade. I help organisations to improve rapidly in a way that creates lasting benefits, through the application of TOC.  I am a TOC implementation, and execution expert. Most of my work starts with educating an internal team and supporting them until they get results. I have been helping customers improve business performance by applying TOC since 1985. Over the years I have supported a huge range of different types of organisation, including: Diary manufacture, Hospitals, Call centres, Oil equipment design and manufacture, Electrical power distribution and protection equipment design and manufacture, electronics circuits, mining, refining, R & D, single handed round the world sailors and many more.
